A 35-year-old man\u2019s vehicle was struck by the semi, killing him immediately. His passenger, a 30-year-old, was rushed to the University of Cincinnati Medical Center with non-life-threatening injuries.<\/p>\n
The driver of the semi was taken to Mercy West Hospital for the treatment of non-life threatening injuries before being arrested and charged with vehicular manslaughter.<\/p>\n
