
CAP4Kids is an initiative designed to help healthcare providers, social workers, child advocates, parents, and teens find reliable, up-to-date information on community resources to improve and enhance the lives of children and families. Each CAP4Kids city offers localized content with community resources organized into easy-to-locate parent handouts, covering a wide range of topics from after-school programs to resources for children with special needs.

CAP4Kids provides various resources to support families and children affected by cerebral palsy, including:
Cerebral Palsy Parent Columbus: A family resource group that brings together individuals and families living with CP to share information, resources, personal experiences, advice, and support. Contact: (614) 868-0146.
Cerebral Palsy Foundation: Offers extensive information about CP resources, accessibility, inclusion, and research. They provide a video library, fact sheets, a free app for families, and a resource website.
Financial Assistance for Intensive Therapies: Provides grants for children with CP to receive pediatric intensive therapies. Families may apply for financial assistance once per year, up to three times per child. Eligibility includes children under 18 with a CP diagnosis who are under the care of a pediatrician.
