Online Tool Allows Ohio Residents to Compare Quality of Nursing Homes
As reported by the Health Policy Institute of Ohio in their article “State launches online tool to compare nursing home quality,” this online database will allow individuals to look up specific nursing homes and see relevant statistics.
“The searchable database includes a profile on each facility that includes its Medicare and Medicaid star-rating, its bed numbers and staff ratio, and flags whether it’s been cited for abuse, among dozens of other data points,” the Health Policy Institute of Ohio said.
