Quality of Ohio Nursing Homes Improves
As reported by AARP in their article “Meaningful Progress Made in Improving Ohio Nursing Home Quality,” 2024 was a good year for improvements in Ohio’s nursing homes thanks to various initiatives implemented by both the Ohio government and other agencies.
“Ohio ranks 39th in nursing-home quality, 46th for staffing levels, and 43rd on health inspections, according to recent data from the federal Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services,” AARP said.
