Progress in Ohio Infant Mortality Issues, More Work Needed
According to Ohio Capital Journal in their article “Infant mortality issues see progress over 10 years in Ohio, still more work to be done, study shows,” a study done by Groundwork Ohio found that while there has been improvement in some areas of infant mortality issues, more work still needs to be done to address other vital issues.
“The new research from Groundwork Ohio reflected on the fact that Ohio had become one of the worst in the country for infant mortality rates in the last 10 years, despite hard work to stem the problem in the 1990s,” Ohio Capital Journal said.
