BIRTH/BRAIN INJURY VERDICT

Howard E. Skolnick represented the Plaintiffs in a medical malpractice suit against MetroHealth Medical Center, and after nearly a three-week trial, the jury returned an $8.5 million verdict. In this case, the child suffered an irreversible brain injury resulting in the diagnosis of cerebral palsy due to substandard medical care.
