DOG BITE

The Skolnick Weiser Law Firm, LLC, achieved a 150,000 dollar settlement for Plaintiff who was bitten by a dog on her dominate hand which required pinning of the proximal phalanx. Plaintiff required a second surgery to re-align the fracture after the removal of the pins.
