MOTOR VEHICLE ACCIDENT

Howard Skolnick represented a 56-year-old woman in an uninsured motorist claim who suffered a lumbar fracture, a foot laceration and concussion as a result of a motor vehicle accident which occurred due to the negligence of a minor who was driving a stolen vehicle and was being chased by the police. A settlement of the policy limit was obtained.
