Represented a patient on whom a general surgeon performed unnecessary hiatal hernia surgery, resulting in numerous complications. Trial went to verdict and the jury awarded plaintiff $150,000.

An interventional cardiologist perforated a coronary artery into which he was placing a stent.  His failure to detect the perforation resulted in blood filling the pericardial sac, which resulted in cardiac tamponade (the heart’s inability to pump because the blood inside the sac prevented the heart from beating) and death.
