The Skolnick Weiser Law Firm Shares Concerns on Nursing Home Neglect
As reported by Human Rights Watch in their article “US: Concerns of Neglect in Nursing Homes,” the COVID-19 pandemic revealed major issues with elder neglect and abuse occurring in nursing homes and other assisted living facilities.
“Potential neglect and prolonged isolation may have caused serious harm to many people in nursing homes in the United States during the Covid-19 pandemic,” Human Rights Watch said.
