AUTOMOBILE INJURY SETTLEMENT

The Skolnick Weiser Law Firm, LLC, represented the Plaintiff and obtained the insurance policy limits. Mr. Weiser successfully overcame the “sudden medical emergency” defense when defendant had a seizure and rear-ended Plaintiff. Plaintiff suffered central cord syndrome and severe compression at C3-4. Plaintiff required disc fusion and plate fixation from C3-C5.
